Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms of service.

Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

All artwork is considered an intellectual property of Nvvawi unless stated otherwise during communication process.

I only take payment 100% upfront or 50/50.
50% upfront and the remaining when the sketch is approved.

If the first revision has been done, only 50% will be refunded.

I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a
refund based on how much work is left.

No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT’s, AI, and
Blockchain/ Webx based software and products.

All artwork can be utilized on my social media and portfolio.

The client must credit the artist when sharing or displaying artwork.

No alterations to the artwork post completion are allowed,
eg. Removing signature, claiming as your own.

Regular commissions are for personal use only.

Commercial work subject to additional terms and charges.

Communication conducted via Discord or Email.

Failure to respond to communication attempts for two weeks (14 days) will result in the commission being cancelled.
